ABM Customer Referral Program
Starting from January 2007, ABM is launching a new program aiming to reward its current customers for referring clients to the Advanced Business Manager (ABM) business solution. Rewards will be given on a commission basis allowing referrers to earn up to $750 in rewards for themselves or the office. 
To participate all you need to do is contact us with a business or individual you would like to refer to ABM and we do the rest, it’s that easy. If a sale is made you will have the option of collecting the rewards for yourself or the office in the form of gift vouchers, cash, or put the reward towards the business in the form of ABM maintenance/support fees.
This is an opportunity for our customers to spread the good word about ABM and express to others how it has helped their business. As we all know, choosing an accounting or business system is not an easy task, especially when it comes to choosing the right system. Many businesses don’t know where to start and what information they need to make a decision, this is where referring comes in. By referring a friend, customer or any contact, you are helping that business with the decision making process and supplying them with a trusted real life reference source. Having a reliable source as a reference provides accurate and trusted information on a product’s benefits, capabilities, compatibility and assists in making the right decision to suit their business.
With the ABM Customer Referral Program everybody wins. The customer is able to make an informed decision and as a referrer you are rewarded for providing ABM with new customers.
How the program works:
It’s very easy. All we ask is that if you know of someone who may be interested in a new accounting/business management system, that you refer them to ABM with their consent. When a prospective customer agrees to being referred, contact your dealer (or ABM contact) and update them with the details of the referral. The dealer will then contact the referred customer at a time that suits.
If a sale is completed the dealer will be in contact with the referrer shortly after to inform them of the rewards they have earned and the process to collect them. Rewards are calculated on a commission basis (5% of total ABM sale price excluding GST) with a maximum of $750 in rewards per sale. The rewards can be collected in the form of gift vouchers, cash, ABM maintenance/support fees or a combination of each.
The rewards are not limited to one person and may be shared with the whole office.

Rewards:
There are three categories of rewards that may be earned. Any combination to the value of the calculated reward may be claimed.
Gift Vouchers
Because we do not want to restrict your gift choice by using a catalogue, we let you decide with complete freedom by using gift vouchers. Split the gift vouchers up for different stores, give them out as staff rewards, use them to shout the office party with cases of wine and beer, send them out as individual gifts or just separate them out into the perfect combination to treat yourself with gifts all around town. Anyway you would like it we can deliver. Below is a list of recommended businesses that offer vouchers for a range of gifts. If there is a particular store you would like your vouchers to be connected to that is not listed below, we would gladly convert your rewards into those vouchers.

The whole or part of the reward may be redeemed in cash via transfer or cheque.
ABM maintenance/support fees
The whole or part of the reward may be redeemed in the form of maintenance or support fees. A current customer of ABM may wish to use the value of their reward for annual maintenance or support for their current ABM system. The value of the reward the customer wishes to use will be taken off their current annual fees.

Conditions:
Rewards may not be claimed by or shared with the referred client or any members from within the referred client. Maximum reward value per referral is $750. Reward value calculated at 5% of ABM modules only, excludes add-on modules for ABM. Rewards may be claimed only once per referral at the initial sale of ABM to that customer, any further purchases made after the initial sale are not applicable to the referral reward program.
